In this session Holly Hensen, Professional Organizer with Simplify Organizing, LLC, will lead us through a MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) workshop that includes:  identifying your own type, recognizing traits in your clients that can help to determine their type, and utilizing techniques for more effective interactions with your clients. Understanding personality types using the Myers-Briggs can teach us how to recognize and value individual differences, and how to communicate successfully with others whose way of looking at the world and relating may be different from our own.
